Referrals
Referring a matter to the firm.
Two different situations, handled differently: someone passing along a friend or family member, and an attorney referring an injury matter.
For clients, family, and friends
Passing along someone who needs help.
If you are recommending the firm to someone, the simplest route is to send them the phone number or the contact page. They can describe what happened in their own words, which is always more useful than a summary passed through someone else.
A recommendation is not a commitment on anyone's part. The firm reviews the matter and says plainly whether it is a good fit, and the person referred is under no obligation either way. Nothing about a referral creates an attorney-client relationship on its own.

A direct handoff, attorney to attorney.
Attorney Jordan Joseph Golinowski handles referred injury matters personally. That means a referring lawyer speaks with the attorney who will actually be working the file, not an intake department.
The usual process is a short conversation about the matter and its posture, a conflicts check, a written understanding of the arrangement consistent with the applicable rules of professional conduct, and agreed expectations about communication with the referring lawyer as the matter progresses.
Fee arrangements are addressed individually and in writing. Nothing on this page is an offer or promise regarding fees, division of fees, or the outcome of any matter.

Matters most often referred.
Car accidents, slip and fall, and truck accidents make up most of the firm's work. Other injury matters are reviewed as well, and the practice overview lists what the firm handles.
