Information you submit
When you submit the contact form, your name, contact details, and message are sent to the firm through Resend, an email delivery provider. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information.
When you contact the firm by telephone, or by any method the firm later enables, you may share information such as your name, contact details, and a description of your situation. Please share only what is necessary for an initial conversation.
Basic technical information
Like most websites, this site may be served through providers that record ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. This information is generated by the operation of the internet and is used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, phone-link clicks, and form submissions. It does not receive the information you enter into the contact form. Analytics uses cookies only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, to consider whether the firm may be able to assist, to maintain records the firm is required or permitted to keep, and to operate and secure this website.
Information is not sold. It is not shared for advertising purposes.

The firm uses ordinary business service providers (for example website hosting, email, and telephone services) that may process information on the firm's behalf in the course of providing those services. Providers are expected to handle information consistently with their role.

Submitting information through this website, or contacting the firm, does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only through a written agreement with the firm after a conflicts review.
